· Track record of leading teams and successfully managing turnover of a similar size
· Customer and people focused with in-depth knowledge of developing and implementing excellence in customer service
· Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities
· Action oriented with a proactive approach
· Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Passion for the brand and an interest in fashion

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous line management experience in a similar role in retail
· Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Preference for mobility and competency in second European language
